These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Luxor Appliance Repair (“Company”, “we”, “us”) and our services. By booking service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services

We provide appliance diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and related in-home services for residential customers in TODO: service area.

2) Appointments & Access

  • You confirm you have permission to request service at the provided address.
  • Please provide safe, clear access to the appliance and a safe working environment.
  • Pets must be secured and hazards (leaks, gas odor, electrical issues) must be disclosed immediately.
  • We may refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe.

3) Estimates, Diagnostics & Pricing

  • We aim to provide a price estimate before repairs begin whenever possible.
  • A diagnostic/service-call fee may apply (TODO: diagnostic fee amount).
  • If additional issues are discovered, we will explain options and any price changes before proceeding.
  • Pricing may exclude taxes, disposal fees, and expedited shipping unless stated otherwise.

4) Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods: TODO: payment methods (cash, card, Zelle, etc.).
  • Unpaid balances may incur late fees and collection costs as allowed by law.

5) Parts & Warranty

  • We may use OEM or high-quality equivalent parts depending on availability.
  • Workmanship warranty: TODO: warranty length (unless stated otherwise on your invoice). Parts may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, power surges, water damage, pests, pre-existing conditions, or unrelated failures.
  • Warranty service applies only to the original service address/customer and requires inspection by our technician.

6) Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Please provide at least TODO: cancellation window (e.g., 24 hours) notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the diagnostic/service-call amount.

7) Customer Responsibilities

  • Remove valuables and secure the area around the appliance before our arrival.
  • Backup or remove perishables (e.g., refrigerator/freezer contents) when needed.
  • Provide accurate appliance details and symptoms to help diagnosis.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxor Appliance Repair is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Any dispute will be handled in TODO: county, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
